Before purchasing from our online store, customers should understand that chocolate is a temperamental substance. Most of the chocolate products for sale on this website are susceptible to melting at temperatures above 80º F/26ºC. We ship all of our chocolate with cold-packs during the warmer months (June-August) to minimize the risk of melting, but there are some factors that you should consider before making your purchase.

SHYTE Protein Chocolate offers shipping within Canada and Internationally via Canada Post from the Online Store. Shipments are processed and shipped Monday – Wednesday.
If inside delivery is not available at the ship-to destination, your delivery will be left on your doorstep. Please consider this when shipping to locations where temperatures exceed 80º F/26ºC.
If you have purchased a product that is susceptible to melting, and have chosen a shipping option besides next-day AM arrival at a destination where temperatures exceed 80º F/26ºC, a customer service representative may contact you to confirm that you are aware of the risk of chocolate melting, and to ask if you’d like to upgrade your shipping option.
Due to the risk of a package being left out unintentionally over the weekend, SHYTE Protein Chocolate ships only Monday through Wednesday. If you place your order on a Wednesday (unless next day delivery is requested) through Sunday, it will be held until the following Monday for shipping. Please schedule your order accordingly.
It may take up to three business days to process your order.
SHYTE Protein Chocolate is not responsible for incorrect addresses, shipping delays due to weather, nor shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If you’d like to make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email (firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (647) 668-7376 (Monday through Friday 10:30 AM to 5 PM EST) and asking to speak with an online customer service representative. Please have your order number ready before calling.
We are confident that you will enjoy your products as much as we enjoy making them. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any chocolate products however will exchange unworn apparel. Shipping of exchanged apparel will be at the Buyer's expense.
